Founded in 2015 by a team of tech entrepreneurs and HR professionals, Gordz.am began as a response to the growing need for a modern, efficient job platform in Armenia. We noticed that both job seekers and employers were struggling with outdated recruitment methods and limited access to quality opportunities.
Our vision was simple but ambitious: create a platform that would not only list jobs but also provide career guidance, skill development resources, and meaningful connections between talent and organizations. We believed that by leveraging technology, we could make the job search process more transparent, efficient, and rewarding for everyone involved.
Today, Gordz.am stands as a testament to that vision. We've grown from a team of 3 to over 50 dedicated professionals, expanded our services across all regions of Armenia, and helped thousands of people find meaningful employment and career growth.
